My vow.
After many years of saying I would be healthier, i’ve come to the conclusion that IT WILL HAPPEN!
This is why…yesterday i ate:
- starbucks tall peppermint latte
- burger king chicken big kids meal with small cupcake shake
- Papa Vinos- salad, italian cream soda, a breadstick, and speghetti (sp?)
- THEN three lindt truffles
Yeah thats why. lol

- Drink water with everything (maybe not breakfast)
- For Breakfast only eat special k cereal or drink slim fast
- Lunch small small small
- No desserts (only on special ocassions)
- No eating past 7pm
- Snacks are only allowed if healthy i.e-cheese, fruit, peanut butter, crackers, veggies ect
- Dinner have atleast one veggie on the plate.
- Try to only eat out twice a month.
- Go to South Shore every, other day
